Meet Joline Davis

With over 17 years of executive HR leadership, Joline Davis brings unparalleled expertise in organizational development, talent management, employee relations, labor relations, executive coaching, and workplace mediation. As Vice President of Human Resources at Macomb Community College, she successfully led organizational transformations, departmental reorganizations, HR transformation from transactional to strategic, and high-stakes labor negotiations.

Her extensive background includes serving as Chief Talent Management & Organizational Efficacy Officer for Southfield Public Schools and working as an employment law attorney, specializing in compliance, labor strategy, and employee relations. She holds a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and certified mediator.
